We charge a non-refundable fee to prepare your tax return documents. The non-refundable fee will be charged regardless of the acceptance or rejection of your return at the IRS. Only your initial transmission is charged. If the return is rejected, future transmissions of the corrected return will be processed with no additional charges applied to your account unless you elect to upgrade your account after the initial payment has been made.

The non-refundable fee applies to your account.
